Using advanced magnetic flux analysis software, we optimize field distribution, pole configuration, and assembly structure to match your exact application — whether for wireless charging, motors, sensors, or consumer electronics. From concept to prototype, we ensure your magnetic solution performs as intended.
Precision Machining
Our machining center is equipped with 20 laser cutting machines and 19 high-precision multi-wire slicing machines, achieving a single-pass forming tolerance of ≤0.03 mm. We handle all standard and complex geometries — disc, ring, block, countersunk, stepped, and custom irregular shapes — with a daily machining capacity of 2+ metric tons. Samples are ready within 2 days; standard bulk orders ship in 7 days.
Custom Magnetizing
With 20+ magnetizing machines and 30+ proprietary multi-pole magnetizing fixtures, we support axial, radial, multi-pole, and pattern-specific magnetization to meet diverse customer requirements. Whether you need standard single-pole magnets or complex Halbach arrays for wireless charging and motor applications, our in-house magnetizing capability ensures consistent magnetic performance and fast turnaround.
OEM / ODM Assembly
From single magnet components to fully assembled wireless charging modules, we provide end-to-end OEM and ODM manufacturing services. Our 14 automated assembly lines produce 200,000+ wireless charging magnetic sets per day, supporting MagSafe-compatible, phone case magnetic, and custom bracket configurations.
