Our proprietary electroplating plant — spanning 1,500 m² with 3 nickel-plating lines and 2 zinc-plating lines — supports Ni-Cu-Ni, black nickel, white zinc, black zinc, and electroless nickel coatings, with salt spray resistance tested up to 96 hours. With more than 20 patents granted and ISO 9001 quality system certification, the Shenzhen base is where cutting-edge magnetic circuit design meets high-volume precision manufacturing.

Founded in 2018 as our primary large-scale production hub, the Dongguan factory is built for high-precision, high-volume NdFeB magnet manufacturing. Equipped with 20 laser cutting machines achieving single-pass tolerances of ≤0.03 mm and 19 high-precision multi-wire slicing machines with a daily output exceeding 2 metric tons, the facility provides full in-house processing from raw blank to finished magnet. Our 10-checkpoint full-inspection system — covering dimensions, coating, magnetic performance, and appearance — guarantees a first-pass yield rate of 98%. Standard samples are delivered in 2 days, and bulk orders in 7 days, with a total capacity of 5,000,000+ magnet pieces per day.

The Msuper Story
Msuper’s journey began with the establishment of Shenzhen AIM Magnet Co., Ltd., initially focusing on magnet trading and building a deep understanding of magnetic materials, customer requirements, and global market applications. Driven by a long-term commitment to manufacturing and quality, we gradually expanded from trading into independent production and established our own electroplating workshop. The achievement of ISO 9001 certification further strengthened our standardized quality management system and laid a solid foundation for serving customers worldwide.
As our business continued to grow, we relocated to a 5,000 m² independent factory, where we optimized production processes, strengthened quality control, and improved our overall manufacturing capabilities. To support further expansion, we strategically transferred production to Dongguan and established AU Magnetic Technology. This important step doubled our production capacity and enabled a comprehensive upgrade of our manufacturing and quality control systems.
With the continued growth of smart devices and wireless charging applications, Msuper moved into a new industrial park and expanded its dedicated wireless charging magnet workshop. By introducing lean production methods and more systematic quality control processes, we have continued to improve production efficiency, product consistency, delivery reliability, and operational management.
